AWS Partner Central Now Available in AWS Management Console
March 30, 2026
AWS has announced the integration of AWS Partner Central directly into the AWS Management Console. This new approach unifies the experience for partners, customers, and AWS Marketplace sellers, simplifying how organizations interact with AWS services.
The integration enables organizations to manage infrastructure, partnership activities, and commercial opportunities without switching between multiple portals.
Transition Timeline
AWS has already started a phased transition to the new model.
It is expected that by the end of 2026 (approximately by Q4 2026), the core functionality of AWS Partner Central will be fully migrated into the AWS Management Console, while the legacy APN Portal will be gradually deprecated.
Partners are therefore advised to transition to the new interface in advance to ensure uninterrupted access to features and new capabilities.
Key Changes
Previously, AWS interactions were split across multiple interfaces: the AWS Management Console for infrastructure and the APN Portal for partner activities. This approach created operational complexity and inefficiencies.
With this integration, partners can:
- access partner tools directly within the AWS Management Console
- manage infrastructure, partner programs, and Marketplace activities in a single interface
- simplify the transition from AWS customer to Partner or Marketplace Seller
Key Capabilities
The new experience provides partners with the following capabilities:
Create and Publish Solutions
Partners can build and publish offerings in AWS Marketplace, including SaaS solutions, AMIs, containers,
and professional services.
Manage Partner Profile
Update company information, competencies, and industry focus, as well as control visibility for
customers and other partners.
Track Opportunities
Monitor pipeline, manage co-sell engagements with AWS, and analyze metrics such as estimated AWS Monthly
Recurring Revenue.
Discover Partners
Search and connect with partners by industry, region, and specialization to expand collaboration
opportunities.
Security and Access
The solution is built on AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM) and IAM Identity Center, supporting:
- single sign-on (SSO)
- multi-factor authentication (MFA)
- integration with enterprise identity providers
This ensures consistent, enterprise-grade security across both infrastructure and partnership operations.
APIs and Integration
AWS Partner Central provides APIs for:
- account management
- solution management
- opportunities and leads
- benefits activation
These APIs allow partners to integrate AWS workflows into internal systems such as CRM platforms.
Value for Partners
The integration enables:
- simplified partner onboarding
- a unified management experience
- faster go-to-market execution
- expanded scaling opportunities via AWS Marketplace and co-sell
